A One–Two Year Support & Training Model for New Special Education Teachers
Special Education Untangled is a one-year, high-impact support and training model designed specifically for new and nearly new special education teachers (Years 1–2).
Special education teachers don’t leave because they don’t care—they leave because they are overwhelmed, unsupported, and expected to navigate complex systems alone. This program provides districts with a structured, practical approach to building confidence, consistency, and retention starting from day one.
